It's the North Fork 10th Annual Dog Dock Diving Weekend!

JUNE 6TH & 7TH 2026 9AM - 5PM

Welcome to the official site of the 2026 North Fork Dog Dock Diving Weekend. It's our 10th year of big splashes, bigger cheers, and our second year of nonstop summer energy at the Greenport Polo Grounds on Moore’s Lane in Greenport. All day long, watch amazing dogs sprint down the dock and launch into the air in Big Air, race the clock in Speed Retrieve, and go sky high in Extreme Vertical, with something exciting happening every few minutes.

Bring the whole crew and make a day of it with kid-friendly fun, great local vendors, tasty food, and that feel-good festival atmosphere that keeps you smiling between jumps. Whether you’re here to compete, to cheer, or just to see what dock diving is all about, this anniversary weekend is going to be unforgettable.

Who Can Compete?

You don’t need any experience to compete—Dock Dogs is designed for beginners and pros alike, and every team starts somewhere (usually with a soggy high-five). If your dog loves chasing a toy and making a splash, you already have everything you need to jump in and have a blast.

Who we are doing this for?

Since moving the event to Greenport last year, we’ve been proud to have the entire community involved. It means even more that we’re able to give back to the Fire Department, who show up for all of us every single day.

more fun...

NFDD is more than just dogs flying off a dock—it’s a full weekend packed with family activities for everyone. Adults, kids, and even the family pup can join the fun without ever having to make the leap.

10th Annual Dog Dock Diving Weekend

Greenport's only Pet Event

Our Dog Dock Diving Weekend began as a way to bring the community together, spotlight local businesses, and give athletic (and wildly enthusiastic) pups a chance to show off their hops. Over the years it’s evolved into a full-on village celebration—drawing competitors, spectators, families, and curious first-timers from all over—while staying true to its roots: community collaboration, wagging tails, and making sure everyone (two- and four-legged) has an unforgettable weekend on the North Fork.
